Research Partner Active Project Environmental Policy

Research partnership focused on marine conservation policy and environmental advocacy. Our collaboration supports OCS's initiatives through rigorous policy analysis, legislative research, and strategic recommendations for ocean protection campaigns.

Project Overview

Our collaboration with the Ocean Conservation Society focuses on providing policy-relevant research to support marine conservation initiatives. The team conducts in-depth analysis of environmental legislation, advocacy campaigns, and regulatory frameworks to help OCS develop effective strategies for ocean protection.

Our current work examines legal and outreach strategies to mitigate Mylar balloon pollution, a significant yet often overlooked threat to marine ecosystems. Through case study analysis of regulations in California and Virginia, we provide actionable recommendations for legislative change and community engagement.
