What we offer

BRG's student analyst teams are well-versed in conducting time-consuming tasks that organizations often lack the bandwidth to complete in-house. Our capabilities include extensive open-source intelligence (OSINT) research drawing from academic databases, government sources, and verified media outlets worldwide, as well as data aggregation and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets.

We specialize in in-depth background research on regions, actors, and issues to inform strategic decision-making or as supplemental research. Our flexible team structure tailors support to each project's scope and strategic goals, ranging from producing research for publication to developing action plans or recommendations to guide organizational decision-making.

BRG can either pilot independent research initiatives or serve as dedicated research support for your organization's ongoing projects. Whether you need a comprehensive analysis of a complex issue or supplementary research to strengthen an existing initiative, our team adapts to meet your needs.

  • Together we sketch out where a collaboration could actually add value

We put a proposal in writing

Step Two
  • Three to five concrete directions the research could take
  • Clear scope, deliverables, and a realistic timeline for each
  • You pick the one that fits, or tell us none of them do
  • No commitment required. The proposal is free either way

We build a team and get to work

Step Three
  • A research head and a group of analysts picked for your subject matter
  • Several weeks of sustained research, drafting, and internal editing
  • Regular check-ins so the work stays pointed at your goals
  • Nothing is locked in, so you can redirect us at any point

We deliver it and present it

Step Four
  • A full research report, with an executive summary and slide deck
  • Our analysts walk your stakeholders through the findings directly
  • In person anywhere in the Northeast Corridor, remote anywhere else
